Wake Up! Being the other woman is not cute!

It seems as if 21st century women have lowered they standards. Why, because its now women accept being the 'other woman' and are proud of it as if it is a badge of honor. Uh, hello? Why would any self respecting woman feel proud of this? If anything you should be ashamed and keep something like that to yourself. Matter fact you should find out why you are only good enough to be someone's eye candy and not a wife.

PAUSE!!! Made you think huh?

Does anybody else remember in the 7th grade when we first went to Sex Ed and they had the Sexual Exposure Chart? It showed you, with pictures of little people, that if everybody you slept with slept with the same amount of people how many people you are actually exposed to. For Example... if you slept with 7 people you have been exposed to 127 people! Thats alot! I am so sorry, but AIDS is real and it does not discriminate who it touches.

Besides 9 times out of 10 he is NOT going to leave his wife for you. AND if by chance he does, he will more than likely do you to the same thing. CHEAT! What would make him be faithful to you when he knows you know the rules to the game.

Self respect is key, if you can't talk about your situation to God, your mother or look at yourself in the mirror and feel ok than you need to re-evalute your "relationship". But if you are content with what you are doing, then honey I will pray for you!

Oh and just incase you don't know you are the other woman. Check out this link Signs you are the other woman!

Love You First

How many times have you sat back and thought about how much you love YOURSELF? I mean really sat down and wrote down all the good qualities of YOU! While filling out an application to volunteer to be a child advocate I was asked several questions about myself that had me stumped. For example: What are your best qualities? I couldn't think of them. As I began to write I began to cross things off the list before they made the paper...

WAIT A SECOND!!!!

That doesn't make sense right? I thought the same thing, especially when I got to the questions asking for my three major weaknesses and I only had a hard time getting the top three although I had a list a mile long. That is what seems to be the issue with most. We are our biggest critics, which sometimes stands in our way of self love and in turn loving someone else.

So What Can We Do?

How about every morning we tell ourselves something good about ourselves. If you have nothing that you can possibly think of (which there is probably a million you refuse to accept), then make one up that you want to have. 'Fake it til you make it!' Some say that if you tell yourself enough you begin to believe it and eventually it become a reality. So if you tell yourself you are amazing, you will soon begin to feel that way which will make you AMAZING! Pretty easy huh? We'll see!
